Jay began her investment industry career in 1980 and joined Stifel in 2019.  As leader of The Mastilak Wealth Management Group, she spearheads the investment structure, asset management, and wealth planning strategies for the team.  Prior to Stifel, she worked at such firms as Merrill Lynch, PNC Investments, Hilliard Lyons, and Wells Fargo Advisors. 

Having attained and maintained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification, Jay has received training on the duties of good faith and standards of care, insurance reviews, tax strategies, as well as estate planning issues and retirement planning.* Additionally, she holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities licenses.

A long-time resident of Pittsburgh, Jay attended the Community College of Allegheny County and Duquesne University.  She remains highly active in the community and served as past president and member of the Financial Planning Association of Pittsburgh.

Tracy began her investment industry career in 2005 and joined Stifel in 2019.  As a member of The Mastilak Wealth Management Group, she develops value-based and socially responsible investment strategies for multiple generations of clients.  She also emphasizes financial education as part of the wealth management process with clients and their families alike.  Prior to Stifel, she served in multiple roles with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Wells Fargo Advisors.

Tracy earned a B.S. in Business and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and holds Series 7, 9 & 10, and 66 securities licenses.  A long-time resident of Pittsburgh, she has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Friends of the Riverfront, Western Pennsylvania Humane Society, and NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Keystone Pennsylvania.
