Jay began her investment industry career in 1980 and joined Stifel in 2019. Her experience includes positions with Merrill Lynch, PNC Investments, Hilliard Lyons, and Wells Fargo Advisors. As leader of The Mastilak Wealth Management Group, she spearheads the investment structure, asset management, and wealth planning strategies for the team.
Jay’s core values and commitment to her clients were expanded and clarified through the process of earning the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Additionally she holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities licenses, including Pennsylvania life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Jay helps clients pursue their life-long goals. Her practice is small by design, allowing her to proactively assist clients, react quickly, and be present for clients when needed. She is dedicated to educating and empowering clients so they may make well-informed decisions.
A long-time resident of Pittsburgh, Jay attended the Community College of Allegheny County and Duquesne University. She lives in Moon Township with her husband, Mark, and two King Charles Cavaliers and two cats. She enjoys being active, the outdoors, and entertaining. She remains highly active in her church and the community. She served as past president and member of the Financial Planning Association of Pittsburgh.
Tracy began her investment industry career in 2005 with Smith Barney (a unit of Citigroup Global Markets), and was also with Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo. She joined Stifel in 2019. Tracy earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. She also emphasizes financial education as part of the wealth management process with clients and their families.
Tracy earned a dual degree in Business and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and holds the Series 7, 9, 10, and 66 securities licenses, including the Pennsylvania life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities). A resident of Pittsburgh’s north side, she currently volunteers and mentors with Strong Women Strong Girls. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her former agility dog, Max. Her favorite activities include running, cycling, photography, and exploring the great outdoors.
Kate began her financial services career in 2011 and joined Stifel in 2019. As the Senior Registered Client Service Associate of The Mastilak Wealth Management Group, Kate is responsible for all day-to-day administrative operations of the group.
Prior to Stifel, she worked at Janney Montgomery Scott, PNC, and Morgan Stanley. Kate earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh, where she was also a four-year varsity letter winner on the Women’s Swimming and Diving Team. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and the Pennsylvania life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Kate considers herself a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh community. She and her husband, Dan, are members of the Pitt Varsity Letter Club and recently moved to Murrysville, Pennsylvania, with their young son, Luke. She spends most of her free time doing do-it-yourself home projects.
